Fundación Andino
Building a credible bridge between displaced talent and international support.

The gap we had to close.
The foundation needed to showcase Venezuelan artists in Colombia while attracting donors, buyers, and investors without reducing human stories to a transactional campaign.
First, a defensible direction.
The strategy connected stories, art, and concrete ways to help. The Andino name expressed elevation and a geographic bond across countries; the model created mutual value between local artists and audiences able to support them.
Then, every part working together.
We built the business plan, identity, guidelines, platform, narrative, and tools to acquire donors and investors. The experience enabled people to donate, buy art, fund tools, and meet creators directly.
The work had to move something real.
The brand turned diffuse goodwill into visible ways to participate and sustain impact.
